CHASING FOOD DREAMS: Shell FuelSave Ambassador for Hong Kong, Moses Chan: Meet & Greet Session at Berjaya Times Square

News spread like wildfire that Hong Kong artist, Moses Chan, will make a special appearance at the Shell FuelSave Roadshow on Friday, 8^th July 2011. Thanks to a very pretty blogger, Esther, for her invitation to attend this Meet & Greet Session followed by a private dinner with the Shell FuelSave Ambassador himself!

Before our special guest appeared, I checked out Shell FuelSave Roadshow that was held at Berjaya Times Square from 6^th to 8^th July 2011 organized by Shell Malaysia.

Here are some FuelSave tips from Shell on what we can do on our part for the environment…

Our special guest appeared and the fans went wild!!

Though not an arden fan of Moses, I quickly became one after meeting the infamous man himself in person.

Looking smart and suave in person, Moses obviously has a huge group of fans with some waiting in queue since 3pm for a picture and signature from Moses!

The Shell FuelSave Ambassador was in town to attend the Shell Eco-Marathon and Shell FuelSave 1 Litre Challenge in Sepang from 6^th July till 8^th July 2011.

Moses took this opportunity to tell his fans about the benefits of using Shell FuelSave 95 and shared his experience as the Ambassador for Hong Kong as well as how motorists can practice Shell FuelSave tips!

Fans from females to males and young to elderly, obviously Moses has captured the hearts of a wide fan group from his acting in movie dramas!

When it was time to leave, fans were still trailing after him… J

Six winners of the Shell FuelSave Roadshow activites, and their partners were treated to a sumptuous private dinner with Moses Chan himself at Dynasty Dragon Restaurant with the media in tow.

There were also groups photo sessions and an interview session with Moses.

Apparently, news got out that Moses might be opening a coffee bar here in Malaysia, hence we let the man himself set this record straight! Being an ardent coffee lover, he confirmed his interest and hope that his coffee bar will be able to open in Malaysia should the right opportunity arrives. Moses also mentioned that he is intrigued by our local Malaysian cuisine… J

A lovely night to remember, our distinguished guest bid us farewell before proceeding on for an early night as he was set to appear at another Shell event the next day!

Launching of Shell FuelSave 95 ‘Tow Mobiles’

In addition to the above event, Shell Malaysia flagged off the Shell FuelSave 95 ‘Tow Mobiles’ teams at Jaya33 on 10^th July 2011, as part of its nationwide campaign to educate fellow Malaysians on how to be smarter fuel savers.

The Shell FuelSave 95 ‘Tow Mobiles’ takes to the road for the first time hitting various places within Peninsular Malaysia for a month. These Shell FuelSave advocates will share how choosing the right fuel and making a few simple changes to driving habits can help anyone cut valuable Ringgit from their weekly fuel bill.

On top of educating consumers on savings, the Shell FuelSave ‘Tow Mobiles’ bring fun and interactive games as well as the opportunity for everyone to win fantastic prizes – in Ipoh, Johor Bahru, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan and Penang.
