Tai Zi Heen is a fine dining Chinese restaurant located at Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur on Jalan Conlay. On 6 August, Tai Zi Heen will be featuring an auspicious Chinese Valentine set dinner inspired by a love story which falls on the 7th day of the 7th month on the lunar calendar.
The Chinese Valentine's Day also known as The Daughter's Festival is a romantic tale about the 7th daughter of the emperor of Heaven and an orphaned cow herder, where a pair of lovers were separated between the stars and only to meet once a year on 7th day of the 7th month on the lunar calendar.
In honour of the festival, Tai Zi Heen present diners with a specially designed Chinese Valentine’s dinner menu suitable for engagements, anniversaries or just rekindling of romance.
Chinese Valentine Five-Course Meal
Amuse Bouche
Chilled Eggplant with crispy Szechuan Preserved Vegetables
Starters
Steamed Lobster, Black Truffle and Mushroom Dumpling, Wok-seared Scallop with Mango Salsa and crispy Deep-fried Lychee Prawn
Soup
Cantonese-style braised sea treasures and golden melon in supreme golden broth
Main Course
Steamed eastern grouper roll and barbecue crusted pan-fried grouper fillet with wok-fried asparagus or pan-seared diced Australian beef sirloin accompanied with Asian black pepper sauce, chanterelle mushrooms and baby green vegetables.
2nd Main Course
Hong Kong-style Baked Tiger Prawn with Garlic and Parmesan Cheese served with Seafood Fried Rice
Dessert
Crispy Water Chestnut Spring Roll, Milk Pudding and Chinese Herbal Jelly with exotic Fruits and Passion Fruit Cream.
The Chinese Valentine’s Set Dinner at Tai Zi Heen is available on 6 of August from 6:30pm to 10:30pm at RM188++ per couple.
