Tuesday blues (me at least, wink!) … and how do we cure this? By heading to Terazza Brasserie, Grand Dorsett Subang Hotel to a lovely spread of sumptuous buffet to cure the blues… J
Upon arrival, we were quickly advised that the buffet theme features Mexican! It has been a long time since I dine Mexican since the cuisine is not found much here in Malaysia, so I was a happy camper about the theme that night. Mexican food is known for its colourful presentations and boldness of flavors from sweet, spicy to sour and savory. Some of its distinctive dishes include tortilla, taco, enchilada, guacamole, salsa and nachos.
Terazza Brasserie is currently having an international promotion with cuisine around the world each night of the week. Each night features a varied spread of worldwide scrumptious cuisine from Sunday to Thursday while Friday and Saturday showcase a SeaDrama on Ice BBQ Buffet!
The ambience is of Mediterranean influence with its décor of pillars, beige color theme and even overlooks the hotel’s lovely landscape swimming pool and marquis lawn. The buffet area is spacious and designed to cater to more than 100 guests with ease!

A much beloved Seafood on Ice features an adorable ice cactus figurine adorning prawns, mussels, oysters and smoked salmon.
I love Grilled Bell Peppers with its smoky and sweet flavors.

Spanish Beef & Chicken Kebab
Pumpkin Soup is simply delicious and do remember to sample their selection of freshly baked bread which I just could not stop with just one piece.
Fresh baked Tomato Foccacia is fabulous with its pillow-softness and fluffy bread.
A golden lusty Roast Beef awaits my devotion!
Mexican main dishes on rotation basis features from left clockwise: Chi Chi Seafood Enchilada, Mexican Layered Dip, Grilled Cajun Snapper with Almond Red Sauce & Cornmeal Polo
Baked Spanish Chicken with BBQ Sauce was decent as it had a good boost of flavors with its char grilled aroma.
Left Clockwise: Grilled Cajun Snapper with Almond Red Sauce, Smoked BBQ Spare Ribs, Arroz Con Polo & Seafood Aji-Lio. I like the snapper, spare ribs and Mexican rice pilaf a lot!
Smoked Salmon Quesadilla had everyone salivating with its bold flavors of spicy, salty and sour.
Mexican BBQ Ribs was finger-licking good!
There were also some Asian flavors like Chinese Wok Fried Squid with Celery & Ginger, Lo Hon Chai, Rose Chili Prawns and Lamb Vindaloo that night.
Pasta Station featuring a nice range of carbohydrates for pasta fanatics like me!

Here comes my favorite section of the night, Desserts!!
A gorgeous spread of such pretty and luscious looking desserts that I had a hard time deciding on which to savor.
Local Kuihs, Ice Creams, Fruits and Chocolate Fountain are also available.
A decent selection of Assorted Cheese Platters with crackers and dried fruits and grapes.
I ended my blues with a trio of ice creams: Mango, Sweet Corn and Vanilla!
The overall selections at Terazza Brasserie are unique and delicious in its own way! The restaurant serves a fantastic spread of Mexican cuisine that night that is worth checking while the pasta station serves up a mean selection of superb pastas. Desserts are a must here so make sure to save room for it!
