Feast
on a plethora of culinary delights by starting your brunch with fresh seafood
on ice. Savor Fine de Claire Oysters,
Australian Spanner Crab, Pacific Prawns, Blue Yabbies, Slipper Lobsters, New
Zealand Green Lip Mussels as well as Alaskan
King Crab to your heart’s content. Meat lovers will rejoice at the sight of
the Sunday Roast Station with Baked Beef
Wellington. Glorious buttery and flaky pastry enveloping scrumptious pink
and juicy beef tenderloin with a layer of mushroom duxelles, accompanied by
roast vegetables, potatoes and beef bacon rosemary jus goes so well with
champagne.
Another
ingredient that goes wondrously with bubbly is oysters. Enjoy them lusciously
sweet and raw in its original form or creamy and rich in Gratinated Oyster Rockefeller. These aphrodisiacs are so good, one
is definitely not enough.
Other
highlights include Sunday Grill station featuring prime cuts of Chilled Sirloin, Tiger Prawn, Norwegian
Salmon, Slipper Lobster, Lamb Chop, Lamb Kebab, Beef Patties and more.
These are all grilled to order and served with a lovely spread of condiments
and sauces.
As
Serene Brasserie, the menu also features an assortment of Asian dishes such as
Har Lok Prawns, Kung Po Squid with Cashew Nuts, Ayam Goreng Berempah and more.
For
a lighter brunch, there’s the array of Smoked Salmon Millefeuille, Spiced Bagel
with Truffle Egg Mayo, Poppyseed Bun with Beef Pepperoni and a whole lot of
salads and sandwiches.
Desserts
are simply not to be missed and choosing one may be pretty tricky since acclaimed
pastry Chef Chan Eng Hua makes such gorgeous looking desserts like this Mixed Fruit Pavlova. There’s also
luscious Crepe Samurai, Chocolate
Raspberry Tartlets, Mille –Feuille, Mango Lassi Mousse with Hazelnut Crumble,
Chocolate Fountain and New Zealand Kapiti
Ice Creams.

even a dedicated children’s corner where a spread of children’s menu featuring
super salad, egg sandwich, cheese sandwich, fish fingers, chocolate brownies,
cookies and candies are bound to keep the little princes and princesses happy
