festive holidays around the corner, indulge in an all-you-can-eat Brazilian Churrascaria buffet spread in

Christmas Roast as well as a meaty spread of Brazilian Churrascaria with plenty
of wines and cocktails.
Qba Bar & Grill is a multi-dimensional venue
featuring a Wine Bar & Cigar Lounge, a Latin Grill Dining Room, an Island
Bar and an Alfresco Dining area. Set in a Latino décor of warm elegance and
style, diners are treated to Cuban cuisine served in modern presentation.
This
festive season, Qba Bar & Grill offers
an exotic feast of Brazilian gastronomic experience with the famed Brazilian Churrascaria feast as well as
additional Christmas treats. The all-you-can-eat feast highlights a lavish
selection of perfectly grilled premium cuts of beef, lamb, chicken, sausages
and seafood cooked churrasco style. A
traditional feast said to originate from the gauchos of Southern Brazil, the
barbequed meat and seafood are pre-marinated with traditional Latin herbs,
evoking multi flavors of fresh herbs, pungent garlic, tangy citrus and myriads
of spices and savory notes.
Chef
de Cuisine of Qba, Chef Najmuddin has gone beyond the Latin cuisine and has
added numerous festive dishes to complement the carnivorous feast. Diners can
enjoy a traditional Roasted Turkey with Stuffing,
Roasted Vegetables, Gravy and Cranberry Sauce during Christmas Eve buffet.
The perfectly golden roasted turkey is a crowd favorite this season. With rich turkey
sausage stuffing, aromatic roasted root vegetables as well as sautéed Brussel sprouts,
giblet gravy and cranberry sauce, the tender turkey is simply a must-try dish
at Qba Bar & Grill.
Besides
the Roasted Turkey, diners are
treated to Salmon Platter of creamy
smoked salmon with orange segments, radish, onions, capers, watercress and
olive oil. The smoked salmon is simply sublime in savory smoky notes,
beautifully balanced by the citrus segments. There is also a classic Fresh Mozzarella & Tomato Salad
where creamy soft buffalo mozzarella melts-in-the-mouth with sweet juicy
tomatoes drizzled with balsamic vinegar and finished with fresh basil and olive
oil. There are plenty of other salads on the spread too where diners can help
themselves.
The
Forbidden Black Rice Salad was a
treat of fresh and delightful flavors. A medley of black rice with fresh cubes
of sweet mango are well flavored with garlic and fresh herbs for a savory note.
The result is a tasty salad that is unusual and yet deliciously tasty with
grilled meat and seafood.
Soups
are a staple in the Latin cuisine and this festive season, Chef Najmuddin
showcases Ajiaco, a Columbian chicken
soup and Sopa de Camarao, a coconut
shrimp soup. Both soups are hearty and delicious, affirming that the cuisine
offers comfort flavors to warm the tummy and soul. There is also the popular Feijoada, an authentic Brazilian black
bean stew that is a staple in the cuisine.
From
the Brazilian Churrascaria grill, carnivores will devour on Picanha, rump cap of lean and tender
beef. Smoky and savory, this beef cut is a prime cut in all churrascaria.
The
highlight of the churrascaria has to be the Brazilian Costelao, a slow roasted beef ribs that literally
melts-in-the-mouth. Served tableside, the sliced beef ribs is divine in flavors
and is rich in meaty notes. Many will want a reorder of this cut of prime beef
rib because the flavor and texture is superb.
There
is also the Cordeiro com Pebre,
roasted boneless lamb leg served by passadores. The meat will be sliced and
diners are simply to help themselves to gorgeous pink slices of tasty meat. Picada Kebab de Cordero or minced lamb
kebab is another treat of flavors as the moist kebab is cooked beautifully.
More
meat and its Sobrecoxa or chicken
thigh wrapped with turkey bacon marinated with lemons, garlic and spices. There
is also a spicy Piri Piri Chicken Wing
that tasted of fresh citrus and herbs with hints of smoky garlic notes.
Besides
meat, there are also seafood such as Grilled
Seabass, Snapper, Prawn, Squid and
Scallops that equally rivals the meat selection in flavors.
Another
must- have is Abacaxi or
freshly-glazed and grilled pineapple. The sweetness of the fruit has
intensified deliciously and coupled with the sticky smoky glazed, the grilled
pineapple is a popular one that many will not want to miss!
As
long as one uses the serving cube by turning it green upside, the passadores will continue to serve you
all the meat and seafood you can savor. Once you had enough, turn the serving
cube to red to denote your fullness. There’s nothing to stop you if you wish to
turn it green again, wink!!
Desserts
goes exotic and for the festive season, Black
Cigar is served with chocolate lovers in mind. 64% chocolate cigar with
chocolate mousse on hazelnut rice crispy is decadent and sinful. Paired with a
refreshing elderflower sorbet and tang of raspberry pearl, it’s a dessert that
themed beautifully with the festive cheers…
If

Coconut Bliss and Ice Cream!
