culinary scene, Chef Le has been a guest chef at Dusit Thani Bangkok, The St
Regis Shenzhen as well as Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu prior to this while Chef
Nguyen visited Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur last year. Both chefs have prepared 3
menus on rotation basis for the Just Pho You Vietnamese buffet promotion.
