Juadah Ramadan Iftar Buffet

The holy month of May brings forth much togetherness. Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur is bringing much togetherness with an ideal iftar spread in junction of the Ramadan month to be enjoyed by fellow Malaysians at their all-day-dining Café Mint.

From 5 May to 3 June, diners are to buka puasa with a feast of scrumptious local Malay cuisine along with other cuisines as well in the comforts of the quaint Café Mint. The dining area is spacious for the limited space of the eatery and diners can even have their sectioned off area due to the design of the space.

Tuck into the main highlight of the Iftar spread, Roasted Lamb where succulent slices of spiced marinated lamb is to be savored with the array of sauces available.

To get the appetite warmed up after a long day of fasting, a kaleidoscope of local Kerabu salads and Ulam-Ulam kampung along with Jeruk Buah Buahan, Ikan Masin and Telur Masin. The flavours of savory, sweet, sour and spicy is great to awake the palate for more goodies to come.

The long strip of hot buffet warmers are filled piquant flavours of classic Malay dishes such as Daging Panggang Masak Lemak Cili Padi, Kambing Kurma & Ubi Kentang, Ayam Masak Merah, Sambal Udang Petai, Lala Masak Paprik, Sotong Masak Kicap, Siput Sedut Masak Lemak, Kari Kepala Ikan Merah and Ebor Asam Pedas.

There’s also a tummy warming Bubur Lambuk and Sup Ekor Lembu if one is feeling in need for some comfort food.

Roti John and Aneka Ikan Panggang along with Ketupat and Serunding are classic favorites in Iftar buffet.

Let’s not forget some skewers of Chicken and Beef Satays!

Desserts are always a great way to a sweet ending and there is a decent list of aneka Kuih Muih along with Bubur Kacang Hijau along with Ais Kacang, Sago Gula Melaka, Pisang Goreng and Cekedok with cakes to choose from.
