Christmas Elves Create Magical Memories at Pullman KLCC

With much merriment around the corner, the festive season beckons for celebrations with family and friends. At Sedap Restaurant, Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre, diners are in for ‘An Elfin Good Time’ with the many festive sumptuous buffet spreads for the month.

To usher in the festivity, head straight for the highlight of the festive menu, a glorious Whole Roasted Turkey with full trimmings of chestnut stuffing, roasted vegetables, giblet gravy and cranberry sauce.

Slow Roasted Beef Brisket and Crown of Lamb Rack are definitely meaty pleasures to satiate those carnivorous appetite. Piled on Yorkshire Pudding, Roasted Potatoes, Glazed Carrots, Sautéed Brussels Sprouts and generous lashings of gravy to the meat for extra satisfaction.

Hot buffet counters are also laden with festive dishes such as Seafood Paella, Classic Crispy Duck A’LOrange, Cranberry Orange Glazed Chicken Legs, Coffee Crusted Lamb with Rosemary & Sundried Tomato Jus, Barramundi Ala Planca with Tomato Bisque & Tapenade, Beef Pie and more.

More hot dishes to balance the meat and seafood, there are Vegetable Tian, Braised Red Cabbage with Roasted Apple, Crushed Butternut Pumpkin and Honey Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Streaky Beef Bacon.

To complete the hot dishes, there’s a whole section of chilled dishes, appetizers and salad to get your appetite going. Whole Poached Salmon, Beef Roulade with Spinach & Pesto Sauce, Chicken Pate with Grain Mustard & Tomato Aspic and Vegetable Terrine with Parmesan Custard & Pickle Vegetable along with tiny appetizer bites on the chiller.

Japanese foodie will also be pleased to see the sight of a luscious spread of Assorted Sashimi and Sushi as well as Maki at the Japanese station. Sublime pieces of thick cuts of fresh salmon, tuna, butterfish and colourful maki rolls will always be crowd favorites.

Seafood on Ice is another constant must-have at buffet. Diners are spoilt for choices with the array of crab, yabby, scallop, oyster, mussel and bamboo clam to be savored with fresh lemon wedges, Thousand Island sauce and Tobasco sauce.
